Atlanta police open death investigation after body found in Buckhead neighborhood

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Atlanta police are investigating after a body was found in a Buckhead neighborhood on Monday.
Police said the body of a 38-year-old man was found on the side of a creek near the 1000 block of Peachtree Battle Circle NW.
According to police, there were no signs of foul play.
