Police said they are still looking for two other people, believed to be on the run, involved in the homicide.

All three of the possible suspects were seen on surveillance near the Beltline, according to police.

Arnold’s friend Troy Lynch told CBS46 that Arnold was last seen leaving the Pure Taqueria in Inman Park before he was shot.

Lynch said Arnold loved riding his bike and taking walks on the Beltline.

CBS46 caught up with Lynch after Williams was caught to talk about the his first court appearance.

“Everybody is really happy that the city and police have been relentless in finding the suspects,” Lynch said.

Lynch said he is still unaware of any funeral arrangements but he is confident the judge will make the right decision in this case.
