WATCH: Thousands attend Juneteenth Atlanta Parade & Music Festival
ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) - Thousands of people from across metro Atlanta gathered in downtown Atlanta on June 18 for the 10th annual Juneteenth Atlanta Parade & Music Festival, sponsored by Cisco.
A bill making Juneteenth a federal holiday was signed into law last year by President Joe Biden.
This year was the first year that the parade was broadcasted on TV. PeachtreeTV was the broadcast sponsor for the event.
