Daycare evacuates due to gas leak in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A daycare on Memorial Drive SE in Atlanta has evacuated due to a gas line rupture.

Atlanta Gas Light says an unrelated contractor hit the Creekstone Academy East Lake gas line while they were working in the area.

Crews are en route right now to begin repairs and the Daycare has closed for the day.
