ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The public is invited to embrace the spirit of Halloween at several events happening this weekend around metro Atlanta.

  • PARKS Fall Festival of Fun
    • Drive-thru-style event, costumes, goodie bags for every child
    • Saturday, Oct. 28
    • 4-10 p.m.
    • Jim R. Miller Park, 2245 Callaway Road, Marietta
    • The event is free, but those interested in going are asked to register in advance here.
  • Cobb County Police Department’s first Trunk-or-Treat
    • Enjoy fun Halloween decorations and candy with first responders.

    • Don your costumes and enjoy a variety of games, crafts, music, and culinary delights. The firepit area will host concessions, providing a cozy space for families to refuel while enjoying the atmosphere. Each evening will feature a food truck near the pavilion. For the adults, a cocktail bar will be offered.
