4 Atlanta men charged in Shedeur Sanders’ home burglary
Three of the four were arrested in DeKalb County
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First/WOIO) — Four men from Atlanta have been charged in connection with the November 2025 burglary at the home of Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, the son of former Falcons great Deion Sanders.
Three of the four suspects — two of the accused burglars and the alleged getaway driver —were arrested in Georgia and are in custody, WOIO, Atlanta News First’s sister station in Cleveland, Ohio, reported.
On Thursday, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office said the three suspects, later identified as Jarvet Myrick, Deandrez Jackson and Maurice Taylor, were all arrested in DeKalb County.
Myrick was arrested on Nov. 26, 2025, after he was found “driving a vehicle with thousands of dollars in cash, suspected marijuana and a gun inside,” the sheriff’s office said.
Jackson was arrested on Columbia Drive on Dec. 16, 2025. Taylor was arrested on Dec. 29, 2025. The sheriff’s office said drugs and guns were found during both of their arrests.

The Medina County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio said there is a warrant out for the fourth suspect, who is believed to be the third burglar. He has been identified as Carlos Deanthony Morris, the Ohio agency said.
According to officials, the suspects targeted wealthy people and sold the stolen items.
Officials also believe a higher-up tells them who the victims will be.
The suspects are waiting to be extradited to Ohio, but they are also facing unrelated charges in Georgia.
Medina County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Eric Bors said surveillance cameras on Nov. 16 captured video of three suspects wearing masks and gloves entering Sanders’ home through an unlocked glass door in the back of the home.

The door led into a bedroom where the suspects ransacked bedside nightstands and the closet and overturned pillows on the bed, an incident report states.
The suspects left the bedroom with several bags and items and used their cell phone flashlights to light their way into a nearby office, then the living room and the second story, surveillance video showed.
The suspects left the home at 6:58 p.m. through the same unlocked bedroom door with approximately $200,000 of Sanders’ property, including totes, luxury bags and one ring.
The stolen items have not been recovered.
A number of law enforcement agencies assisted with the investigation, including the Secret Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The crime occurred as Sanders made his NFL debut against the Ravens, going 4 of 16 for 47 yards and scoring one touchdown.
