Multiple Georgia natives line up for Notre Dame against Georgia in Sugar Bowl

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Georgia Bulldogs may be dominant on the recruiting trail, but they can’t win every battle.

Multiple Georgia natives will be on the other sideline during the 2025 Sugar Bowl, playing for Notre Dame.

The following Georgia natives are on the Fighting Irish roster:

• Deion Colzie, senior wide receiver, McDonough (Athens Academy)
• Cole Mullins, freshman defensive lineman, Hoschton (Mill Creek)
• Anthonie Knapp, freshman offensive lineman, Roswell (Roswell)
• Jayden Thomas, senior wide receiver, Paulding County (Pace Academy)

Colzie and Thomas received offers from Georgia during the recruiting process.
