Investigators seize more than $37,000 in drugs, arrest 3 suspects in Hall County

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Three suspects are charged with possession of THC oil with intent to distribute after a drug investigation on Tuesday.

Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Brandon Maximiliano Fuentes, 18; Brianna Xithlaly Fuentes, 20; and Yuritzy Alexandra Lopez, 20, after receiving information about illegal drug activity.

During the search, they allegedly found and seized the following drugs from a bedroom:

• Cocaine: 19 grams
• THC wax: 1 pound, 3 ounces
• THC vape cartridges: 1,300
• Marijuana: 5.5 pounds

Investigators also seized roughly $5,800 in cash. The combined street value of the drugs is estimated at $37,000.

The suspects remain held at Hall County Jail without bond. Investigators say additional charges are pending.
