LIVE: Man accused of fatally shooting, dismembering Smyrna woman in court
ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The 18-year-old man accused of killing and dismembering a woman in Smyrna last month is expected to appear in court on Friday.
Kingston Bradley faces charges of malice murder and concealing the death of another. Friday’s court date is a probable cause hearing, during which the judge hears arguments and decides if there is enough evidence that the person accused committed the crime to move the case forward.

On Sept. 23, Smyrna police were called to Park Valley Apartments after a witness reported Bradley carrying a plastic tub through an open area. When he saw the witness, he allegedly dropped the container and ran into his apartment nearby.
Investigators said they discovered a dismembered human torso inside the tub and found a blood-covered saw inside Bradley’s apartment. Police would later find more body parts inside a car trunk.
The victim has been identified as Shanteria Mosley. Officials said the connection between her and Bradley is under investigation.

Mosley’s autopsy showed she had also been shot in the head.
