ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A new mural is on the side of a sound stage at Assembly Studios, the Doraville movie and television production studio owned by Atlanta News First’s parent company, Gray Media.

It’s all about Georgia, with images of a Coke bottle, the Fox Theatre, the Varsity, Ebenezer Baptist Church and most major sports teams in the state.

“These are things that tie us to Georgia, and it’s kind of a common bond we share together. That’s what it is. It’s something that unites us all as Georgians and people in this area,” Steven Penley, the mural’s artist, said.

Assembly Studios opened last fall and includes a public park you can enjoy.
