‘Doctor Who’ actor Noel Clarke charged with sexual assault, voyeurism, reports say
(Gray News) - “Doctor Who” star Noel Clarke has been charged with sex offenses by authorities in London.
The British actor best known for playing Mickey Smith, boyfriend to Billie Piper’s Rose Tyler, on the BBC show from 2005 to 2010, was charged after detectives received “a file of evidence.”
Clarke, 50, faces two charges of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism and one charge of exposure, according to a press release.

The offenses allegedly took place between 2007 and 2016.
The news comes five years after The Guardian reported that 20 women accused Clarke of groping, sexual misconduct and bullying, as well as sources alleging they were “sexually harassed or inappropriately” touched on the set of “Doctor Who.”
He denied the claims at the time and, in 2025, lost a libel case against the Guardian over the report. Over a dozen women testified against Clarke, and he was ordered to pay $4 million toward the outlet’s legal costs.
Clarke will appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Oct. 21.
